As fully devoted followers of Christ, we are commanded to make disciples (Mt. 28:19). It is a privilege to carry this command out through our labors here at home, as well as through our giving in partnership with missionaries all over the world. This conference is an opportunity to be an encouragement to our missionaries, and to be challenged to become more fully devoted to our mission. I pray Cornerstone Baptist Church will grow in our passion for people both here at home, and around the world!

David and Tonya Liles are both MK’s. They were approved as missionaries to Peru with the Baptist Bible Fellowship in 1994. They were both raised in Christian homes, and came to know Christ personally at an early age. They both felt called into ministry as adolescents, and the Lord continued to confirm their calling as they followed His direction to Baptist Bible College, in Springfield, Missouri to study missions. David’s parents, Ken and Carrie Liles are former missionaries to Iran and now serve in Restricted Access Nations. Tonya’s parents, Oliver and Gloria Williams are missionaries in Peru. Tonya has her M.A. in counseling and David his D.Min with a dissertation on conflict stewardship. Helping families pur-sue and maintain harmony is their passion.
They have three grown children. Their oldest daughter is married and their two other children are currently attending Liberty University in Virginia.

Tate and Nicole Kennedy are missionaries to The Czech Republic. They were approved as Central Missionary Clearinghouse missionaries to The Czech Republic in August 2016. They are blessed with four children, Lily, Ryder, Brielle and Maizey. Their plan is to plant their first church in the outskirts of the capital city of Prague and to start a church planting movement in The Czech Republic that brings the Gospel of Jesus Christ to a country that boasts itself as one of the least religious countries in the world.

Eric and Ashley Woodworth are missionaries to Tegucigalpa, Honduras. The Woodworth’s were approved as Team BBFI missionaries in September 2016. Eric and Ashley are blessed with three children, Joel, Owen, and Evelyn. The Woodworth family will be attending Spanish Language Institute in the year of 2019 in Costa Rica to better equip and learn the language. In 2020 they will spend their internship under veteran missionaries Miguel and Christi Lopez for two years. They will then continue carrying out the work in Tegucigalpa as career missionaries thereafter.

Missions is a process not a program, and it is the call of every believer to develop a “Passion for People”. This process involves worshiping God, loving others, serving God, and fulfilling the Great Commission from Cornerstone to the world. Come and see how you can join us in igniting a deep “Passion for People!”
“For ‘everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.’ How then will they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how are they to believe in Him of whom they have never heard? And how are they to hear without someone preaching to them? And how are they to preach unless they are sent? As it is written ‘How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the Good News!’”
- Romans 10:13-15
